X-Raptor^TM - Motorcycle

The X-Raptor has been upgraded with new features for Motorcycle tires manufacturers.

It can detect automatically anomalies including:

- incorrect belt alignment/centring/width

- incorrect strip/cord angle/spacing

- strip/cord waving

- foreign bodies

It can automatically load, unload and rotate MCR tires, making inspection fast and easy. 

For maximum accuracy, the system includes an image spatial calibration capabilities.

Tire-X 3000 - Truck & Bus

Tire-X 3000 system is an automated X-Ray tire inspection machine to identify foreign materials, body ply cords, chafer dimensions, bad splices and belt step offs.

The system delivers a superior tire image and offers Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) of some specific tire defects. The simple and rugged design of the Tire-X 3000 system guarantees high reliability and easy maintenance.
