As the founding auditing firm that has performed the most CSIA audits around the world, Exotek confirmed that Alfamation has met the audit requirements established by the Control Systems Integrator Association for the seventh time.
“Alfamation has always impressed me with their marketing and branding. They have stepped it up even further and created a vision for the future of the company that leverages the CSIA Best Practices to its fullest,” commented Don, Roberts, the Exotek Auditor. “I am looking forward to see their next improvements when we do their six month review as part of the continuous improvement efforts.”
“We have been CSIA-certified since 2003, and this latest successful audit further demonstrates the effectiveness of our organization and our commitment to the highest standards of operations and providing the support our customers expect, matching the excellence of our products,” said Mauro Arigossi, CEO of Alfamation. “Alongside our ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, this latest accreditation will make it easier to choose Alfamation when high-quality automated functional & optical test systems are required.”
The audit consisted of a rigorous process, encompassing all elements constituting correct company procedures, including processes, performance, development, planning and reporting. The audit covered areas such as strategic and business risk management analysis, job cost system control, and the ability of HR to recruit and select new employees.
Exotek LLC formed in 1997 in response to a request made by a major automation equipment manufacturer to help them grow and manage their systems integration channel and because integrators wanted management assistance. Our team recognized the link between the process knowledge, value-added services of the engineering systems integrator, and the success of the automation vendors. The automation equipment vendors also recognized the necessity of the integration industry to grow with increased industry standards and professionalism. Exotek was the first to provide industry-focused tools, processes, and knowledge to help make this happen.
The Control System Integrators Association is a global trade association dedicated to advancing the control system integration industry. CSIA has over 500 member companies in 35 countries. Since 1994, CSIA has helped member companies improve their business skills, provided a forum to share industry expertise, and promoted the benefits of hiring certified control system integrators.
