PCBA Tester
The main challenge of this project was to deal with a very complex PCBA featuring the connectivity core of the automotive infotainment unit. The test application has to handle two parallel sites performing mixed measures, to ensure 100% functional test coverage for both Wireless test and display/touchscreen functions test.
The tester is capable but not limited to: electrical measures, integrated circuits programming and radio frequency measurement of Bluetooth and WLAN protocols in the 2.4Ghz bandwidth

- DUT Description: Two sites full parallel tester, both test sites can work independently, each DUT is placed in a separate compact shielded room, the fixture can be removed, tilted and opened for easy maintenance.
