The Alfamation WTX is a compact and cost-effective tester with best-in-class specifications for automotive infotainment and wireless OTA communication devices. Based upon the Hyperion™ platform system elements, it can be equipped with up to 4 RF shielded/semi-anechoic test chambers to perform high-quality & high-volume production test.

The system is an automated end-of-line functional tester for car infotainment and telematics systems as navigation, mobile multimedia, family infotainment module (video on board)

The main challenge of this project was to deal with a very complex PCBA featuring the connectivity core of the automotive infotainment unit. The test application has to handle two parallel sites performing mixed measures, to ensure 100% functional test coverage for both Wireless test and display/touchscreen functions test.

The system is a multi-site functional tester for wireless charger devices used by automotive manufacturers. 

The system can perform different  and parallel functional test up to 4 device at a high level of productivity.

The ECU (Electronic Control Unit) test system is a high performance automated functional tester for newer generation automotive electronic control units.

The system has been specifically developed for today’s automotive instruments clusters and dashboards
