BMS functional test systems are designed for high volume manufacturing and accurately perform the Battery Management System assembly’s functionalities such as:
Battery cell stack inputs feeding through modular battery cell simulators
High accuracy current shunt bipolar calibration
Test of temp sensors inputs
Test of safety relays control

A tailored single or dual press test fixture has been designed to permit more DUTs to be tested by sharing a common base platform easy scalable and adaptable to fit interchangeable fixtures reducing system cost and lead times. The test fixtures can get interchanged in less than a minute.Furthermore, its flexibility means that it can be upgraded and reconfigured for various current and voltage ranges, battery clamps and other aspects.
