The audit verified that Alfamation meets or exceeds CSIA’s standards of best practice in a number of key areas, including: general management, human resource management, marketing, business development, sales and opportunity management, and financial management.

The audit consisted of a rigorous process, encompassing all elements constituting correct company procedures, including processes, performance, development, planning and reporting. The audit covered areas such as strategic and business risk management analysis, job cost system control, and the ability of HR to recruit and select new employees.
